TERMS

We promise accurate descriptions and top-quality electronic components, as mentioned on our website. We also examine the item under a microscope before packing it for transportation. In order to protect users/customers from shipping damage, item mismatches, missing parts, etc., we give them five days (from the date of order delivery) to submit a complaint and open a ticket.

PAYMENTS & RETURNS

If you haven't already asked for and accepted longer payment or credit terms, money is needed right away. Please note that orders under 150 euros will not be processed. Cash, money orders, bank wire transfers, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and business checks are all acceptable forms of payment. No personal checks, please.

Packaging, shipping, insurance, customs charges, and VAT are not included in the price.

Our goal is to lessen the impact of returns. Due to the nature of the products we sell and our strict quality control policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return/replacement without a valid reason. Please be aware that the cost of returns is always the responsibility of the sender. If the return was required as a result of our mistake, we will cover the cost.

Returns with a proper justification are accepted within 180 days of the date of issue. We are unable to accept returns for shipping damage after the aforementioned 5-day evaluation period. The standard return policy applies to any and all additional grounds for returns.
